Their idea for the music video drew inspiration from Beyoncé's "Single Ladies" video, incorporating subtle (or not so subtle) references to its iconic choreography and visual style. To enhance the vintage feel, we opted for a 1960s anamorphic lens, which created a distinct, cinematic look that perfectly captured the song's vibe.
Shoutout to John Morgan, Ryan Northcott, and Greg Duhaney on having the guts to try Beyonce's Single Ladies choreography...it is not easy.
The end result is a music video that encapsulates the spirit of "Everybody Wants You" while paying tribute to the classic "Single Ladies" video. The use of the 1960s anamorphic lens adds a unique visual flair that sets this video apart. We're proud to have played a role in bringing this project to life and delivering a final product that celebrates Duhaney's first music video.
